We take your privacy very seriously, and this Privacy Policy explains the ways in which we collect, use, process, disclose, and protect information including personal information, relating to our site and services.
By visiting the Converdy Site or by using the services, you accept the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.
Yilps BV is the official Amsterdam based company behind the Converdy brand and platform, also referred to herein as “Converdy” “we”, “us”, or “our”. Yilps BV hereby is the company that is responsible for your information under this Privacy Policy (the “Data Controller”).
If you see an undefined term in this Privacy Policy (such as “Converdy platform”), it has the same definition as in our Terms of service.
This Privacy Policy may be amended at any time, with or without notice or notification. Therefore we recommend periodically reviewing this policy and suggest saving a local copy for your records.
The information we collect
We collect different types of information from or through the site and Converdy services. There are three general categories of information Converdy collects:
Information you give to us
When you create or sign up for a Converdy user account, when you download a software update, or contact us, we collect and store information into our databases. This is information such as your first name, last name, company name, email address, contact preferences, a password, and certain other information about you that may be required to provide the Converdy services or to be disclosed by you during your use of the services. Without this information, Converdy may not be able to provide all the requested services and therefore it is necessary for the adequate performance between you and Converdy and to allow Converdy to comply with her legal obligations.
Information that is automatically collected
When you use certain features of Converdy, and to offer you better user experience, we may collect:
- Usage Information. Converdy collects information about your actions and interactions with the Converdy Platform such as feature usage, the pages you view, number of pages in use, design and the content of your pages.
- Geo location Information. We collect information about your location as determined through data such as IP address / GPS of mobile devices. Note that most mobile devices allow you to control your location services in your device’s settings.
- Cookies. Converdy uses cookies and other similar technologies, to personalize content and ads, to provide social media features and to analyze traffic. Converdy could also share information about your use of our site with social media, advertising and analytics business partners who may combine this with other information that you’ve provided to them or that they’ve collected from your use of their services.
- Log Data. When you use Converdy, our servers may automatically collect log data and device information when you access and use the Converdy platform, also if you have not created an Converdy account or logged in. This log data may include, among others, but is not limited to, IP address, cookie data, the address of the web page you viewed before, hardware and software information, the date / time of your accessing the services, and browser signatures.
- Payment information. Converdy collects information related to your payment transactions when payment information is required, for the adequate performance of the contract between you and Converdy. Converdy than will direct you to submit credit card information through a third-party such as Stripe.
- Lead Data. You have the option of using the Converdy platform to, amongst others, create forms and solicit information from individual data subjects, also referred to as Lead Data. When you acquire information regarding your customers and then upload or let that information be uploaded to the Converdy platform, Converdy can store that on the Converdy servers. And since you choose which data you want to collect and process, you are acting as Data Controller under applicable laws, such as, but not limited to, GDPR law.
